His strong background in business operations, unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service, and ability to mentor and empower his team to consistently deliver high-quality results have earned his firm a reputation as a trusted, go-to engineering consultant.

Alyssa List
Marketing and Business Director

Alyssa List has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations, having built a career helping commercial and technical firms—like those in the MEP industry—stand out in competitive markets. Her work intersects with operations, finance, and leadership, giving her a strong business-minded approach to driving success at List Engineering Design. Alyssa is also passionate about giving back, regularly involved in local initiatives and finding ways to use her skills to support the community.

Senior Design Engineer

Giovanna Rodriguez, PE leads the mechanical design across our projects with precision and care. Known for her thorough and thoughtful approach, she balances design excellence with client needs. Her collaborative spirit and ability to work seamlessly across teams, paired with her deep engineering experience, make her a valued and well-liked member of our organization. Gio is a longtime member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), reflecting her commitment to advancing the field.
